Returns Policy
Happy Yappers aims to provide you with the highest standard of quality products. If any delivered products do not meet these standards, we will glady accept returned goods and will issue a complete refund including shipping. We request that any issues regrding delivered products, including items that may need to be returned, be communicated to Happy Yappers within 7 days of receipt of those goods. Happy Yappers will not accept liability for damages or incorrect deliveries unless the issue has been brought to our attention in the 7 day period.
All queries should be directed to our office by emailing info@happyyappers.com.au or calling 03 9399 8993. Happy Yappers will then provide details on how to return goods. When contacting Happy Yappers please quote your order number or invoice number and your Happy Yappers customer number if you have one. Goods returned to Happy Yappers without prior communication will not be accepted. All products being returned to Happy Yappers must be forwarded through the Happy Yappers nominated freight company.
Refunds Policy
A refund may be available if you make an error in your payment. Any refunds will be made in the same way as for the original purchase or payment. If you make an error please, email info@happyyappers or call 03 9399 8993 as soon as possible quoting your order reference.
